Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the AI Game Assistant Permanent Membership (SVIP) made through Creem. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
At Shenzhen Yaotai Times Trade Co., Ltd., we are committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that issues may occasionally arise with digital services. This policy outlines when refunds may be issued and how to request assistance.
2. When Refunds Are Available
Refunds are available ONLY in the following circumstances:
2.1 Valid Technical Issues Preventing Service Access
If your email address has been upgraded to SVIP status but you are unable to access or use the AI Game Assistant due to a verifiable technical issue on our end, you may be eligible for a refund.
Requirements for eligibility:
- You must have received the SVIP activation confirmation email
- You must provide clear documentation of the technical issue (screenshots, screen recordings, or error messages)
- The issue must persist after you have attempted basic troubleshooting (clearing cache, trying a different browser/device, etc.)
- Our support team must be unable to resolve the issue after making reasonable efforts
2.2 Non-Delivery of Service
If your email address is NOT upgraded to SVIP status within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and you have contacted us without resolution, you may request a full refund.
3. When Refunds Are NOT Available
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind – You decided you no longer want the Service
- Accidental purchase – You purchased by mistake (please verify before completing payment)
- Non-use of the Service – You purchased but never logged in or used the Service
- Unsatisfactory AI recommendations – The AI did not find the specific games you expected (AI results vary and are not guaranteed)
- Compatibility issues – The Service does not work perfectly on your specific device or platform (we support all major platforms but cannot guarantee 100% compatibility)
- Duplicate or secondary purchases – You purchased multiple copies of the same membership (only one is needed)
- Chargeback filing – If you file a chargeback with your credit card provider, you forfeit your eligibility for any refund under this policy
- Violation of Terms of Service – Including but not limited to attempting to generate NSFW content, sharing account credentials, or any other prohibited use
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under eligible conditions (valid technical issue or non-delivery):

Provide the following information in your email:
- Your PayPal/Creem transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- The email address used for purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, screen recordings, error messages)

Allow our support team to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If we are unable to resolve the technical issue after making reasonable good-faith efforts, we will process your refund at our sole discretion.
Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed through Creem within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Refund Processing Fees
- Creem does not charge any fees for processing refunds
- However, the original transaction processing fees are non-refundable, as these are costs paid to payment processing partners
6. Merchant Response Time (Per Creem Requirements)
To comply with Creem's customer service standards:
- Initial Response: We aim to acknowledge all refund/assistance requests within 48 hours of receipt
- Resolution: We will make our best effort to resolve technical issues within 5 business days
- Creem Intervention: If we fail to respond within the required timeframe, Creem reserves the right to process a refund on our behalf to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Creem's Right to Issue Refunds
You acknowledge and agree that as our payment processing partner, Creem reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its sole discretion, even if our internal policy would not otherwise provide for a refund. This is to protect against chargebacks and maintain platform integrity.
8. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider instead of contacting us first:
- You will forfeit any eligibility for a refund under this policy
- Your SVIP access will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- If the chargeback is found to be without valid basis, your account may be permanently terminated without refund
- Creem charges a fee of $25 USD/EUR per chargeback, which may be deducted from your payment if applicable
We strongly encourage you to contact us first before initiating any chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the effective date of any changes. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
