1. Introduction

Welcome to the AI Game Assistant service provided by Shenzhen Yaotai Times Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, purchasing a Permanent Membership (SVIP), or using our AI Game Assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

2. Definitions

"AI Game Assistant": Our artificial intelligence-powered tool that helps users find and discover games based on their preferences.

"Permanent Membership" / "SVIP": A one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to all features of the AI Game Assistant.

"Service": Collectively, the AI Game Assistant, website, and all associated features.

"User" / "You": Any individual or entity accessing or using our Service.

"Platforms": Web browsers, mobile devices, tablets, PCs, and any other compatible devices.

3. Service Description

Our AI Game Assistant provides the following features to SVIP members:

• Ad-Free Experience: No advertisements displayed during your use of the Service.
• Cross-Platform Support: Accessible on all platforms including web, mobile, PC, tablets, and other compatible devices.
• Full Feature Access: All current and future features of the AI Game Assistant are included in the Permanent Membership.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time payment grants you access for the lifetime of the Service (defined as the period during which the Company continues to operate and maintain the Service).

4. Purchase and Delivery

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Creem, our Merchant of Record partner. Creem handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and fraud prevention on our behalf.

4.2 Automatic Service Delivery

Upon successful completion of payment, our system automatically upgrades the buyer's registered email address to SVIP status within minutes. No physical product will be shipped.

4.3 Delivery Confirmation

You will receive:

• A payment confirmation email from Creem
• An SVIP activation confirmation email from our system (sent to the email address used for purchase)

4.4 Access Instructions

After SVIP activation, you can access the AI Game Assistant by logging into our website using the same email address used for purchase. Detailed access instructions will be provided in the activation confirmation email.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

• Refunds are available only for valid technical issues that prevent Service access
• Change of mind, accidental purchase, or non-use of the Service are not eligible for refunds
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Creem reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its discretion to prevent chargebacks

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Share, transfer, or sell your SVIP account credentials to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI Game Assistant
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to bypass any access or usage restrictions
• Use the Service to generate, promote, or facilitate:
  • NSFW (Not Safe For Work) or sexually explicit content
  • Harassment, hate speech, or violence
  • Illegal activities or content
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights
  • Deceptive or misleading practices

7. AI Content Moderation and NSFW Policy

7.1 No NSFW Content Generation

Our AI Game Assistant is strictly for legitimate game discovery purposes. Users are explicitly prohibited from using the Service to generate, request, or facilitate any NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content, including but not limited to:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Violent or gory content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Harassing or bullying content
• Content promoting illegal activities

7.2 Content Filtering

We employ automated content filtering mechanisms to detect and block prohibited content requests. Any attempt to generate prohibited content may result in:

• Immediate suspension of the offending request
• Warning notification to the user
• Temporary or permanent suspension of SVIP access without refund for repeated violations

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our IP

The AI Game Assistant, including its software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Shenzhen Yaotai Times Trade Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

We do not claim ownership of any game-related queries or interactions you submit to our AI Game Assistant. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the Service.

8.3 Trademarks

All third-party game names, trademarks, and copyrights are the property of their respective owners. Our AI Game Assistant does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by any game publisher or developer.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI GAME ASSISTANT WILL FIND EVERY GAME YOU DESIRE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
• IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PERMANENT MEMBERSHIP

Jurisdiction-Specific Notice: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no representations or warranties about:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated game recommendations
• The availability or uptime of the Service
• Compatibility with all devices or platforms (while we aim to support all platforms, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shenzhen Yaotai Times Trade Co., Ltd., its founder, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12.2 Termination by User

You may stop using the Service at any time. No refunds will be provided for voluntary termination.

12.3 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately without notice for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment or chargeback
• Any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Company or other users

Upon termination, your SVIP access will be revoked without refund.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at ns4u@qq.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, rather than in court.

14.3 No Class Actions

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shenzhen Yaotai Times Trade Co., Ltd. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
